After school, ate lunch. Ran around the track. Jacob reduced to 2rounds.
We've to run together with the seniors and not suppose to walk, which means we've to run countinuosly for the two rounds.
Someone walked and talked, she thought that the seniors aren't looking -.-
Fucking make us run another two rounds without stopping again -'-

Aftermath, i find today's training is better than when msmok is around :\ today only the sec ones - sec threes were there for training. Jacob was the one who trained us today.
I love the ladder drill the most! ^^ My passes are getting lousier :(
